Our professional FHAI Counselor, experienced in the home buying process, will contact the transferee to:

  • Conduct an In-Depth Needs Assessment
  • Provide Packet of community information including maps and area amenities
  • Arrange for Transferee to see appropriate areas and homes with local experienced Real Estate Agents based on results of Needs Assessment
  • Act as an unbiased professional with whom questions and opinions can be discussed
  • Monitor process and performance of agents to insure efficient service and a smooth transition
  • Follow up until Transferee is settled

Renters
Our professional and experienced FHAI Counselor will:

  • Contact the Transferee and conduct an In-Depth Needs Assessment to determine specific needs, projected budget, and move-in date
  • The FHAI Counselor will use this information to conduct the research to find available rentals and make arrangements/appointments for agreed upon meeting date
  • Provide Packet of community information including maps and area amenities
  • Provide an Area Tour and show available properties and communities reflecting requested lifestyle
  • Follow up with Transferee until settled.
